Prosecutor Vladimir Simovic proposed to the Court of BiH to ban Savic, who lives in Bijeljina, from leaving BiH and order him to report to police twice a week, while the Defence requested that he reported to police once a week only.
Savic, former member of military police with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, is suspected of having treated a Bosniak civilian in an inhumane manner in the Vogosca area in May and June 1993.
He was arrested on September 30 and released after having been examined by the Prosecution of BiH.
