Mujkic, former member of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having participated in murders and inhumane treatment of detainees in the elementary school building in Odzak and Novi Grad, Odzak municipality.
 
The Prosecution of BiH filed the indictment against Mujkic on August 6 this year.
 
The State Prosecution charges Mujkic with having participated in inhumane treatment, brutal beating, torture, intentional causing of severe physical and mental pain and suffering, which resulted in the death of two victims, who died due to the consequences of abuse and beating.
