The beginning of the trial is scheduled for Friday, September 12. Coloman is charged with having participated in murders and wounding of Croat civilians, who were detained in Poculica village, Vitez municipality.  

On Tuesday, September 9 Suad Kapic is due to appear before the third instance Chamber. The execution of his sentence was discontinued, because a verdict, under which he was sentenced to 17 years in prison for crimes in Sanski Most, was quashed.       

Blagoje Vlacic, who is charged with crimes in Sekovici, is due to enter his plea on that same day, while a plea hearing in the case against Ivan Zelenika, who is charged with crimes in Mostar is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10.

A pre-trial status conference in the case against Petar Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, is due to be held on Wednesday, September 10.  

On that same day new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Goran Popovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, as well as Marinko and Zoran Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in Kalinovik.    

The trial of Goran Saric, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, Dragan Sekaric, who is indicted for crimes in Visegrad and Gorazde, as well as Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dusko Maksimovic, Dragoslav Bojic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, are due to continue on Monday.

One day later the trials are due to continue in the case against Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila for crimes in Sarajevo, Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, who are charged with crimes in Dretelj, Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic for crimes in Kotor-Varos, and Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica.    

On Thursday, September 11 new witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Nezir Kazic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici.

A status conference at which a plan for presentation of evidence by the Defence of Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, who are charged with crimes on Igman, is due to be held on Thursday, while the trial of Ibro Macic, who is indicted for crimes in Konjic, continues one day later.  

Hearings related to procedural issues in the case against Mitar Vlasenko, Rade Vlasenko and Drago Koncar, who are charged with crimes in the Prijedor area, as well as Milos Zekic, who is indicted for crimes in Sekovici, will be held in the week ahead.

The retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic for crimes in Bosanska Krajina continues next week as well.
