“For the sake of execution of this measure the indictees are banned from getting less than 50 meters away from each other and witnesses,” the Court of BiH announced.

Ibracevic, Smajlovic and Covic are charged with having participated in unlawful detention and torture of Serb civilians from Tinja, Potpec and Jasenica, as well as other villages in the Srebrenik area.

According to the charges, Ibracevic was Chief of military security with the municipal headquarters of the Territorial Defence in Srebrenik, Smajlovic was Commander of a military police squad with the municipal headquarters of the Territorial Defence in Srebrenik, while Covic was member of military police.
