First Witness to Testify in Macic’s Defence Next Week

The Defence of Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, is due to examine its first witness on Friday, May 9.

On Thursday, May 9 the Defence of Nihad Bojadzic, who is on trial for crimes in Jablanica, will present its evidence presentation plan. That day the trial of Nikola Maric for crimes in Prozor will continue.

On Monday, May 5 Bojadzic is due to continue testifying in his defence at the trial at which he is charged, along with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic and Nedzad Hodzic, for murders committed in Trusina village, near Konjic.

A pre-trial status conference in the case against Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, is scheduled for Monday. On that same day the State Prosecution will continue presenting evidence against Dragan Sekaric, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad and Gorazde.

The Defence of Edin Dzeko, who is charged with crimes in Konjic and Jablanica municipalities, is due to continue presenting its closing statement on Tuesday, May 6.

On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, and Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic for crimes in Dretelj detention camp, Capljina municipality.

On Wednesday the Prosecution of BiH is due to continue presenting its evidence at the trials of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, as well as Marinko and Zoran Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in the Kalinovik area.

The trials of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember for crimes in Hadzici municipality, as well as Indira Kameric, who is charged with having abused detainees in Bosanski Brod, are due to continue on Thursday.

The trial of Josip Tolic, who is charged with crimes in Odzak and Bosanski Brod, continues on Friday. Safet Mujcinovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nusret Muhic, Selman Busnov, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Hariz Habibovic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj, are due to appear in court on that same day.

The retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Krajina, is due to continue next week as well.
