The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced that Majstorovic, former member of the Crime Service with the Public Safety Station in Novo Sarajevo, is charged with having “caused severe bodily and mental pain and suffering of one person”.

However, neither the State Court nor the Prosecution has been able to tell us which part of the indictment has been confirmed and which one has not.

The unconfirmed indictment charged Majstorovic with having physically mistreated Bosniak civilians, hitting them with his hands and legs, while examining them in May 1992. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced at that time that one of the prisoners received severe head injuries.
