The Defence provided the Trial Chamber with doctor’s medical findings concerning the illness of Bojadzic, former Deputy Commander of “Zulfikar” Special Squad of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH.

The Trial Chamber announced that the trial would continue on January 30, when two State Prosecution witnesses, one of whom was due to testify at this hearing, would be examined.

Bojadzic is on trial for having beaten up and sexually abused Croat detainees, who were held in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum, during 1993.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Bojadzic with having raped a female person, who was detained in the Museum, in late July 1993.
