The indictment alleges that Esed Kocic, Miralem Colic, Fikret Mrkonjic and Mirza Dedic are charged with crimes against Serbs, who were detained in “The Railway Traffic” building in Banovici.

Kocic, Colic, Mrkonjic and Dedic, former members of the Territorial Defence, TO, and Public Safety Station, SJB, in Banovici, are charged with having participated in the murder of one detainee, as well as mutilation, torture and inhumane treatment of other detainees.

According to the charges, they beat detainees using various objects, tortured them in a degrading manner and left them, after having beaten them brutally, without medical assistance even for several days.
