It is not possible to obtain the name of the person from the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the SIPA. Unofficial data suggests that the suspect is an active police officer in Tesanj.

He is charged with having participated in the unlawful detention of Serb civilians from Rosulje, Mekis, Medakovo and Radusa village and the inhumane treatment of those people in May and June 1992.

The suspect was arrested within a SIPA operation conducted under the code name “Ozren”. He will be handed over to the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Some persons covered by the “Ozren” operation are associated with another ongoing operation during which SIPA has found large quantities of weapons.
