Milic is charged with having participated, in collaboration with Zoran Marinic, in the murder and wounding of four Bosniak civilians on April 26, 1993.

“He participated in the murder of four Bosniak civilians and wounding of one civilians by shooting from his weapons and using his knife during an attack on their family houses,” the indictment alleges.

Late last year the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged Zoran Marinic with those same crimes.

The State Prosecution announced that the proceedings against Milic and Marinic would be merged and that they would stand trial together.
