The prohibiting measures have been ordered against Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic and Osman Gogic.

The indictees are banned from leaving the canton in which their place of residence is located and traveling outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Court’s decision, they are obliged to report to police once a week. In addition, they are prohibited from meeting each others or witnesses.

Mujcinovic, Busnov, Muhic, Hamzic, Halilovic, Hodzic, Habibovic and Gogic are charged with having participated in the unlawful detention, inhumane treatment, beating and causing severe bodily injuries of civilians in Stupari village, Kladanj municipality, from May 1992 to the second half of July 1993.
