Milic is charged with taking part in the killing and injuring Bosniak civilians on 26 April 1993 together with Zoran Marinic.

“By opening fire and using a knife he took part in the killing of four Bosniak civilians and injuring one other during the attack on their homes,” the indictment reads.

As stated further, an old man and a disabled person were killed in the attack, whereas a 16-year old boy and a girl later succumbed to their wounds.

“During the attack on Bosniak civilians, Zoran Milic also participated in the torching of their family home,” the press release states.

At the end of last year, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office also charged Zoran Marinic with this crime and the trial is set for 12 April.

The Bosnian State Prosecution has already said that it will ask for the cases of Milic and Marinic to be merged, so that they can be tried together.
