Hadzici Crimes Indictment Confirmed

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment against Azemin Sadikovic, under which he is charged with crimes against civilians.

The Indictment alleges, that as a member of Armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in May 1992, Sadikovic killed four civilians of Serb ethnicity in the village of Kasatici, hamlet of Milosevici, Municipality of Hadzici.

The indictment was raise by the Bosnian State prosecution at the end of December last year.

Sadikovic is defending himself from liberty.
