Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic have pleaded not guilty and their trial is due to start in the near future.

The indictment, which was confirmed on September 19, charges them with taking part in the murders, the forced removal of the population, detention, torture, forcible disappearances and other inhumane acts.

According to the indictment, Milisavljevic and Pantelic took part in the crimes from April to June 1992 as members of the reserve police force in Visegrad, while Tasic was a member of the Army of Republika Srpska.
