According to the charges, Rodin, former investigator with the Security and Information Service of the “Knez Domagoj” Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, participated in physical abuse, murder and causing of severe bodily injuries and suffering of detained civilians, as well as pillaging of the population’s property.

The indictment alleges that, while examining a prisoner, the indictee physically abused him, which led to the death of that person.

As indicated in the State Prosecution’s announcement, Zeljko Rodin, also known as Dum, was born in Mostar and lives in Split, the Republic of Croatia.

The indictment has been sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
