According to the charges, Terzic participated, as a member of military police of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, in the inhumane treatment of Serb civilians who were unlawfully held in the school building and Strolit factory in Odzak from May to July 1992.

“She hit them with a police stick on their necks, shoulders and heads, she slapped them, she encouraged dogs to attack them and tortured, abused, humiliated and insulted them in various ways, among other things, by forcing the prisoners to have sexual intercourse or commit other forms of severe sexual abuse,” the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.

The Court has banned Terzic, who is a citizen of both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia and lives in Mostar, from leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Terzic did not attend the hearing held before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on April 27, when the State Prosecution asked the Court to order prohibiting measures against her.
