The Prosecution considers that Perkovic, as a Squad Commander with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, “committed, abetted and helped” in committing crimes against non-Serbs from the Rogatica area in Ladjevine village from June to the end of 1992.

“Perkovic failed to prevent or punish the perpetrators of murder, forcible disappearances, severe deprivations of liberty, rape, persecution of civilians and other inhumane acts,” the Prosecution claims.

Perkovic has been handed over to the Prosecution. He will be examined in the course of Thursday. The Prosecution will then decide whether to file a custody order motion.
