Second, about delays in the payment of cash withdrawal commission.

After all payment orders are successfully submitted, eMagnetix’s Financial Department will review and make a payment for the first time.

All cash withdrawal paid orders will be submitted by the Finance Department of eMagnetix to the bank for processing. If your payment is not paid by the bank, it means that the payment has not actually been processed by bank personnel or is being processed. You should just patiently wait for the bank to process it.

According to the eMagnetix Finance Department understanding, since Bosnia and Herzegovina is still in holiday mode, some of the bank staff have still not continued normal operations, which resulted in delays in payment of many cash withdrawal orders.

Third, about the return of working deposits.

All members who joined eMagnetix and worked for three months can get their working deposits returned.
